DOLLARS” (vrd) program

What is the vrd program and how CAN it benefit ME?

It is a program designed to save our repeat customers money by rewarding them with redeemable points called “VacAway Reward Dollars” or “VRDs”.   VRDs can later be redeemed toward the purchase of most VacAway products and ChaChing business software.

DO I NEED TO ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM?

No, professional carpet cleaners will automatically be enrolled when ordering from us.

How many vrds will I accrue when placing an order?

• The number of VRDs accrued per order depends on the amount of each product bought.
• We may occasional give BONUS VRDs to promote certain items.
• Typically, products that sell for $100 or more per case will earn 10 VRDs per case.
• Products that sell for less than $100 will earn 5 VRDs per case.
• Most gallons selling for less $25 will earn 1 VRD.
• Most gallons selling for $25 or more will earn 2 VRDs.
• Most quarts will earn 1 VRD
• Normally, pints do not earn VRDs.
• NOTE: VRDs will normally not be accrued when purchasing products that have been discounted for any reason.

HOW do I KEEP TRACK OF my VRDS?

You won’t need to do anything.  They will be automatically tracked for you with our software.  Each invoice you receive will show how many VRDs you have accrued to date, how many you have redeemed and how many you have remaining.

HOW CAN I REDEEM my VRDs?

The rules are simple.

• You must have at least 25 available before you can redeem them.
• VRDs accrued during a purchase can not be redeemed toward that same purchase.  They can only be redeemed during a future one.
• VRDs are non-transferrable (Only the company that has accrued them can redeem them).
• Call our toll free number “888-942-0124” when you are ready to redeem them.

VRDs can be applied the same as cash toward most future purchases.  EXAMPLE:  If your order total is $200 and you redeem 100 VRDs, you pay only $100 out of pocket.  In this example, if you redeemed 200 VRDs you would pay nothing out of pocket!

CAN I license YOUR ChaChing BUSINESS software with vrds?

Yes, in fact this is where VRDs are the MOST VALUABLE. 

A permanent ChaChing license for one computer normally sells for $949.00. 

So, since VRDs can be used like cash it should take 949 VRDs to obtain a ChaChing license.  However, we are making a very special deal available for our repeat VacAway customers.

Here’s the deal:  We are going to allow our customers to fully license ChaChing for only 120 VRDs instead of 949.  That means that VRDs are worth nearly eight (8) times as much as normal when redeemed for ChaChing software!

To top it off: You ONLY NEED 30 VRDs to get started… 30 VRDs will license ChaChing for six months at a time.  Once you have redeemed a total of 120 VRDs toward ChaChing you will get a permanent license & unlock code for one computer.

Remember, you can accrue TEN (10) VRDs when purchasing one case of most VacAway products.   So, by purchasing only three cases of such products you will accrue enough VRDs to start using ChaChing without any cost to you!

We feel the low number of VRDs required to license ChaChing is a win-win proposition for us both.  ChaChing can enable you to keep better organized, stay in touch with your customers, grow your business and become more profitable. With your new growth and profit you will need more VacAway products, thus a “win-win”.

What if I don’t accrue enough VRDs to renew my license?
No Problem!  If you prefer, you can renew your license each six months with prorated cash until you have a permanent license.

What if I have previously bought a license for ChaChing?

In that case you simply use your VRDs, as if they are cash, to purchase our many other qualified products.

Will I still get free Shipping when redeeming vrds?

Yes, as long as you would otherwise be eligible for free shipping when paying by cash or credit card. Remember, VRDs are used the same as cash when purchasing most of our products.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE VRD PROGRAM IS TERMINATED?

We reserve the right to terminate or change any portion of the VRD program at any time.  However, in case the program is terminated, we will notify you via email and also post the notice on www.VacAway.com.  You will then be given a chance to redeem your VRDs within 60 days regardless of the number you have available. (Please keep your email address updated with our office.)
